This program offers a variety of classes for toddlers, children and adults.
Centro Raccontami's workshops are designed to teach Italian through the arts.
In an atmosphere of creative spontaneity, we offer native Italian instructors, educated in Italian Universities,
to provide the most authentic experience in learning.
Italian Language Courses for
children
“Mommy and Me” (7 months – 2 yrs)
Musical activities include singing, dancing and playing simple percussive
instruments.
Toddlers (3-4yrs)
More music, games, and songs with the addition of visual materials, craft
activities and stories.
Children (5-12yrs)
In groups divided according to age, language skills are reinforced with
real-life activities. See Workshops in Italian below for more information.
Teenagers
(13-17yrs) Students learn in a small, attentive and fun class through a variety
of interactive programs.

Workshops

Cooking (4-6yrs)
Learn the first Italian recipes. The kids will love it!
Making a Handmade-Book (4-10yrs)
Through photographs, drawings and collages children will create a unique Italian
handmade-book.
Making Puppets and Rag Dolls
(8-12yrs) Create puppets and rag dolls, then “Play and Tell” stories with your
own creation!
Knitting (9-15yrs)
Your child will learn to knit while speaking and singing in Italian.
Workshops in English
Italian Voice Technique Study with
a trained Opera singer! Increase your vocal capacity, develop strength and vocal
extension. This class is for singers and non-singers.
Opera Do you love
it or hate it? Either way, this is perfect for you. Learn how to listen and
enjoy the meaning of the most important Italian operas.
Cinema Laugh with
Benigni, cry with Fellini, and fall in love with Sophia Loren… Watch and discuss
Italian cinema.
